What is Real-time Tracking?
Real-time tracking allows you to track the location of your child directly on a live map from anywhere, anytime when the tracker is in motion.
This feature gives you leverage to stay connected with your little ones even when are away (school bus, park or child care centre) from you.
This whole process will be similar to watching your OLA or Swiggy food ride.
In real-time tracking mode, Trakbond uses Google maps to give you a clearer view of your child's location.
You'll have the option to zoom in and out and you can also change the map by going the map layer option present in the mobile app.
How to See Real-time Tracking?
- Go to Trakbond App
- Then tap on “Unit” section
- It will show you the location of your tracker directly on a live map.
How to change the location upload frequency of the tracker?
In Trakbond GPS tracker, you can also alter the upload
frequency and decrease it to 10 seconds from the app.
Steps to change the location upload frequency of the tracker
Go to the “Trakbond App”
Tap on the “Settings” option
Click on the “Tracking mode” and choose “real-time tracking (10 sec)” from the drop down menu
After doing this step, you tracker will show you
the real-time location updates after every 10 seconds
RememberGo for this
real-time tracking (10-seconds) only when required as it will take consume more
battery than usual.
